Payment Timeline

  • Admission fee to be paid within 15 days of offer letter issuance
  • Subsequent installments to be paid as per due dates mentioned in the fee schedule
  • Late payment may attract penalty as per institute norms

Payment Receipt

  • Always collect official payment receipt after each transaction
  • Online payments generate auto-receipt/ confirmation
  • Keep payment proofs for future reference

Refund Policy

  • As per AICTE guidelines
  • Full refund (minus processing fee) if cancelled before 15 days of programme commencement
  • Partial refund applicable thereafter as per institute policy

Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Always pay through official institute channels only
  • Never share OTP or card details with anyone
  • Verify payment details with admissions office before large transactions
